The Chairman Emeritus, Alexander Ben Post-Serial, of the Highest Of All Believers In Bamboozlement, addressed that select, secretive body at their annual dinner on September 27, 2009. The Chairman was then 94, David Rockefeller's age at the time. He was expected to give an encouraging summary of the Study, over 900 pages in its bound copy, for which he'd been lead author.
Post-Serial, however, surprised all of the Inmost Circle (the 66+33=99) of the HOABIB who were present. He renounced the group's Study of that year, its 'Vision Plan 2009: Improving the Species Homo sapiens through Massive Selective Depopulation in the 21st Century', with an intensity that belied his age. He reviewed wishes for depopulation expressed by Prince Philip of England, Ted Turner of CNN, and exemplified by Bill Gates and the Doomsday Seed Bank. He questioned his "Friends and Peers" fundamental premises. He stated that :by far the greatest portion of human progress" had come from geniuses of classes whom the Bamoozlers and their "viruses and vaccines" would "wipe out." He cited Montaigne, too, and told of his dreams of children's hands that reached up like "birds and lights."
His voice rose in pitch and poignancy as he insisted that the Inmost Circle were "NOT superior." They should quit their destructive fantasy of a "New World Order" and let people native to their places govern their places. He concluded with a dramatic "riddance" of the Vision
Plan, hefting it to a descent and "smack" on floor of the HOABIB's Tomb.
