Eight tracks of the 13 that make up the album The Time We Have (Meld #1). Here are the compilation's first four tracks, then 'Motor Land' with Alex and Hamid in our GALLOP Trio, and then album's final three tracks. The whole of this first 'Meld' come from six albums recorded between 1989 and 2018 in San Franciksco and New Orleans

Great efforts by Kate Smith Promotions and many, many show-hosts and radio-stations have enabled the album to spend eight weeks in the op 50 of Jazz albums between November 2020 and this August 2021; it reached #3 one week. Contemplating the amount of strangers listening to the superlative musicians on the album was pure pleasure!

"Love Is The Main Flame" was mixed with Peter Eckart. "Fine As You Are" mixed with Jon Karr and mastered with Ken K. Lee at Sonic Arts in San Francisco. "Love Is The Main Flame", "Fine As You Are" and "Ev'ry Body" were remastered with David Farrell in New Orleans.
