Madame Marie-Marthe Balin Franck Paul and her Team in Port-au-Prince, Haiti have recorded Lessons and Modules from her 243-page textbook for first-year students across Haiti. They worked from January into March 2020, before "the COVID" shut shut Schools down, and then they resumed in July. Their audio and video recordings of the textbook, Mon Livre Unique, is titled 'School Everywhere!'--or 'Lekol Toupatou!' in Haitian Kréyol. It's meant to be a tool for learning through digial devices in all 10 Departments of Haiti.
Madame Franck Paul recorded her invitation to 'School Everywhere!' earlier this month in Kreyol. One key sentence from this teacher, devoted to her work since age 17 and now 85, rings: "Now all of you can know the joy that comes with literacy!"
